If aliens landed on earth tomorrow and demanded to meet the human embodiment of 'funk', I'm pretty sure our best bet would be to present them with this guy.
With basslines oozing out of every pore of his body J-Roc delivers party bangers that are amongst the best in the world! He's got that enviable ability to take any tune (often absolute anthems!) and re-funk them to within an inch of their lives, and his DJ sets (particularly this year's Shambhala offering) are some of the funkiest you're ever likely to hear!
